The only downside is that when I was out in the hot weather the waistband area seemed to make the area sweat and damp. The urinary area was fine and seemed to work with my issues. He’s able to wear them under any pants or shorts without them showing through. They’re soft and do not have a diaper feel. They stay in place and wear just like underwear. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer, and let me tell you, it’s made my bathroom routine a bit of a challenge. I have to use the restroom quite frequently, and that’s where depends come in. When I’m traveling away from home, I trust them completely. They make me feel confident and comfortable, and you can’t even tell someone’s wearing them just by looking at them. Sure, they’re a bit pricey, but I believe they’re well worth it. If you’re dealing with bladder issues, I highly recommend checking them out.

I have someone tested them for days when they had issues with mild bladder leaks, as well as a few other use cases. Fit: These are incredibly stretchy. I expect that they will fit a wide range of people because of that, especially with other sizes taken into account - they expanded easily over my wide hips, and wore snug but not uncomfortably so. Comfort: The fit was comfortable. The fabric was... not as bad as I expected? It's very crinkly, but softer than it looks. It's still not great, but they was able to comfortably wear these for a handful of 4-5 hour road trips, as well as grocery shopping and other errands requiring an average amount of walking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to try these depend fresh protection adult incontinence underwear for men for my oldest because he has a medical condition that sometimes causes him to wet the bed. These fit him great, and you can hardly tell there is anything on inder his pants. We were using the washable incontinence pads, but these have saved us from some extra washing! As long as you kind of push the middle sides to catch everything, there is no leakage, and there is no odor!! Will be keeping these on hand!!

At this time, he buys the "Depends Adjustable Underwear". These adjustable depends do not fit snug like the Fit-Flex and would rather switch to the fit-flex but He needs the adjustable tabs. Please consider making these fit-flex with the adjustable tabs and advertise heavily so He won't miss when they are out on the market.
