Very comfortable. I can hear/feel it sliding against my jeans when I walk. When it's wet, it expands a lot. Instead of spreading the urine throughout the entire diaper, it just sits in one place and expands. This causes the leg cuffs to pull away from the skin, causing leaks. Other than that, it is great.

I was very disappointed when my husband became incontinent because of Huntingtons Disease and I tried Depend underwear. Every time he has worn them he not only soaks the Depends but his outer clothing. I put a pair of underwear over the Depends and then his shorts/pants and he wets through everything. I tried a larger size to see if that would hold it in but that also failed. I was wondering if you would have a plastic pant that could be worn over the Depend underwear that would ASSURE us that he would not wet through? I cannot "Depend" on your product to keep him dry so why even put the diaper on????

Additionally, they are about as comfortable as incontinence underwear can be. They fit very well, as the listed size is accurate. Odor gets concealed. And, these are also highly durable and contain a good amount of stretch in the band.

Overall fit was ok,although the plastic made me sweat more than usual.I would like to see some kind of fragrance added somehow to help with smells.Good for an active lifestyle and doesnt bind or pinch.

Before i was diagnosed with Celiac disease I was always having "accidents" with my bowels. Now this product is intended for urine, it does a very good job at holding the bowel movements that sometimes cannot be controlled as well. I use these all the time. They are comfortable and I feel like I am wearing underwear. It also has saved me on many "events" at work when I cannot make it to the toilet in time, as well as at home. It contains the accidents very well and out of a two dozen incidents I can only recall one time where they leaked. I use the Small/medium because i want the tight coverage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fit was tight and uncomfortable, seems durable, but maybe the front part can cover more of the male private areas. The Grey color is ideal though for accidents. It didn't look bulgy under clothes. Just very uncomfortable.

After trying several different brands I saw an add for Depends flex fit and have been extremely pleased with this product. I am a large man and hard to fit; the comfort and fit on me is outstanding. This product does the very best as far as keeping me secure and dry. I would recommend this product to anyone suffering this problem and hope that in the future someone will really come up with a surgery or medicine that will really help!

It also did not leave messy residue and he could wear it longer without any mishaps. He was not afraid to go out in public and venture out much more often.
