This definitely has to be a game changer. It comes well packed and looks comfortable. Please do check your size before you order. Feels soft and comfortable. Now you can wear this and go on those long drives without having to stop every 30 minutes or take the long distance airplane without having to worry if the toilet will be available or turbulence disruption. My left leg is in a full length heavy cast because I had an accident and broke the tibia bone. Yet wearing this disposable underwear is ideal. It fits snug even the leg opening allows me to pull it up over the cast. I have a 38" waist and L size is good enough. I find it is just what I needed, don't know what I would do without it at night.

This is a discreet way for him to make it so he's not embarrassed. They fit him. They're comfortable. They are very absorbent and it definitely does prevent the odor which is great and helps keep him from being embarrassed which is also great.
