They fit snug enough to make you feel secure, but are soft so they are comfortable. They do not show under jeans nor athletic pants, so you barely know they are there. Underwear fits over them as well.

They offer good odor control, and the absorbency level is perfect for my brother's needs. Packaging was good. The smell doesn’t completely go away but it does control it for majority of it and also has a long lasting smell control. Would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say it was not very impressed with this product. I used them for my 50-year-old husband that was on hospice die to cancer. My first complaint is that it was somewhat difficult to tell the front from the back. When you're dealing with managing someone who cannot move themselves very well you don't want to make any errors and have to take them off and put them back on. There's a very faint mark on the back to tell you which side is which but it still got it mixed up more than once. My other complaint is that the area that absorbs should've been larger. The padded area is mostly in the front, but it would've been good to have more in the back. The absorbency wasn't that great because the underpads I had below him were also completely drenched with urine after an accident. I would say that it did OK with the odor control because despite being drenched, I did not smell the urine which was a very strong odor since it was more concentrated. They fit fine & he seemed comfortable in them though they were somewhat difficult to get off requiring scissors. Overall, I would not recommend these because I don't think they were super helpful. He didn't pee on the sheets because of them, but they really didn't contain the urine overall.
