You can tell this will absorb any leaks and no odor will be out. These are perfect because the look like underwear (not white like a diaper) so not embarrasing for him. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] they really do a good job at work, and i like the fit, these undies are comfy and absorbent. i would however like a sample of adjustable underwear to try, as i have had some close calls and i am open for product research in a work and/or home enviroment, as i have stress and urge bladder leakage, day and night, due to a spinal/back injury.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These do what they are supposed to but my grandpa said they are not the comfiest and are bulky. They also are not the easiest to wear with jeans and aren’t very hide able under clothes. However, they are absorbent and control any odors.

The large size has replaced the s/m size at Costco. The large size is a lot more comfortable and easier to pull up with better coverage but worn while in bed allows leaking. We have resorted to using small/medium at night and large while up and about.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're in need of this type of product, this one is a good one. My husband is recovering from surgery, so he has been in need recently. He complains about these briefs being a little on the warm side, but other than that, he seems pretty comfortable and confident wearing them. You would not know he was wearing anything but his normal briefs under his shorts, sweat pants, or jeans by looking at him. Heck, he has briefs that color, so even when he is wearing them around the house in the evening with nothing else on, I don't even notice the difference.
