These dont even come close to protecting anyone probably 1/4 way thru the first use and it will leak bad and when you go to change them the material holding the gel in is so poorly constructed that the gel falls out and makes a mess all these diaper companies also need to stop pushing this discreet diaper junk onto us we dont need thinner more discreet diapers we need thicker ones that work and we can get thru medicaid for our incontinence and not this junk or any like it that ends up leaking before a first full use is done we dont want wet pants id take a thick heavy crinkly diaper over this war crime you call a diaper

Each one holds water well and is absorbent They also have a nice elastic to keep them on. They are quite large but it can be adjusted for a more comfortable fit. These hold up really well and are sturdier than expected. They do make a sort of crumbling noise when you are handling it but its not an issue once the person has it under their clothing. They are very discrete under clothing and look more like regular underwear than an incontinence product. My only complaint is that these are only really effective for bladder leakage. The crotch is sort of narrow and there is very little absorbent material in the back of the brief, so if you deal with bowel leakage these aren't for you.

I use the Guards with the underwear and it make the underwear last longer for me at least. I highly recommend the depend array of incontinence products
