[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used the Real Fit briefs and like them better. The fit is more snug and seems to have more capacity. I suffer a complete and total loss of bladder control and both products work well for that. I just prefer the fit of the Real Fit better. I just wish I didn't have to take my shoes and pants off to change. Especially in a public restroom. It's not only embarrassing but disgusting to have to do this in a public space. I wish you had a product that could be easily changed in a public stall without having to remove my clothes. And one that's not a bulky diaper. I've used those before and they are so cumbersome to work with I'd rather just keep on a wet brief.

Depend Incontinence Underwear is especially important after certain types of surgery. It is surprising comfortable and definitely not embarrassing. That's the fear for most guys, I think. These are comfortable, discreet, and provide reliable protection throughout the day. I got them for a relative, and they appreciated how well they fit without feeling bulky.

Material is durable so good for absorption and keeping odor under control after an accident. I would recommend this product but getting a bigger size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product fit was ok but for uncontrollable bowel problems this product does not absorb or seal off the leakage well enough and still left me embarrassed as everything ran down my jeans. Depends need to make their products better for male or female bowel incontinence instead of just focusing mostly on urinary leakage problems. Why they concentrate so much on bladder leakage problems and not enough on bowel movements problems just shows me that they could care less about problems like mine. Wake up Depends and start making products for bowel incontinence problems like mine and make the products better also because what you make today still does not absorb my problem and still leaves me in public with embarrassment.

They do a good job; however, overnight can be a challenge at times. Another operation is due in Jan. 2017 which I hope will result in you losing a customer. The material they are made of is soft and adjusts to the body easily. They are highly absorbent, and wetness can be there, but it's not overwhelmingly so. They are easy to change, and they hold up well under clothing. We've not had any tears or ripping of the material they use to make these. I would recommend this brand, and this product.

He said they are very comfortable for long wear and the odor control is great! No leakage and feels just like wearing underwear. Would definitely recommend!

If you're moderate to light urinary incontinence, these are the best. ( I'm pretty heavily incon so just use these for working out and around the house or when I know I can change quickly) This new 'confidence core' is a HUGE improvement. Not sure just how they changed them, but they hold a little more, but especially they can handle a lot more all at once, which the older ones couldn't quite do. They're so much more comfortable too. I really forget I'm wearing a diaper and don't feel self conscious at all.
