But they were tight in the front as far as movement. Also, I found it difficult to determine front from back. I think there should be a label on the back like they do on regular underwear. Otherwise after I figured out which way to put them on, they were comfortable. I would purchase them again in the future.

I think the product is very effective. The only question I have: Sizes currently do not include M/L, a slightly smaller than the current M/XL (better, but still a bit too large). It seems that a M/L size would be possible. The S/M size is uncomfortable for me, especially at night. Any plans to produce the briefs in a M/L size?

My husband loves these BUT they are just too small; they ride down on him and he is a size 46 pants. We are hoping you will consider a larger size as the XLs just are not cutting it. The underwear would work perfect for him if they were just a little bigger. thanks!

If you are a back sleeper, they will leak from the back side of the diaper. I had that happened to me this morning and they do not stay dry like it says it turns into gel. I’m also looking for an product that has more padding in the rear side bc my opinion is it don’t have enough padding back there.
