It absorbs lots of liquid and is able to hold it in place while keeping my skin feel dry. They have a nice snug fit with a flexible waistband that is able to move with me. Making it to the bathroom isnt always as easy as I'd like, so some leakage does happen, but these depends stopped that from ruining my day. I would highly recommend this product
