[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a good tool to have in the IBS toolkit of solutions in addition to anti-diarrheal medication and fiber supplements. They easily can hold 1/2 a cup of water, and have absorption padding for the rear end and front the front pouch. They stretch, mine are a size Large, but before stretching it out it has more of a Medium size waistband. Of course you want it to be tight for a better seal, but it could be more comfortable with the use of a bamboo-like material in the stretchy areas. They definitely will last long enough for you to clean up after an accident, but they probably won’t last your 5 hr road-trip to your next hotel.

The fit is incredible and comfortable and would say that it is going to fit the needs. I poured some water in it to see if they truthfully were able to hold the amount that it says on the package, and to my surprise, it actually was holding more weight than advertised so they seem extremely durable to me. Thankfully, I don’t have to purchase these for the family member that needs them.

My grandpa is a very crazy sleeper to say the least and these fit wonderful between changes throughout the night without worries about any leaking or sliding. I definitely recommend these they are made of a more durable material.

They are true to size and are comfortable with no tight-fitting areas. They are odor controlled, so no one will ever know that you're wearing them. They are discreet under all clothing and not bulky at all, even when wet. These are a great option for anyone with incontinence or after prostate removal surgery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially I was hesitant to try any kind of incontinence underwear assuming that they would be bulky and in appropriate for wearing in public. Since abdominal surgery a couple of years ago I have suffered from reduced bladder control and have avoided public transport, long journeys or extended periods away from a bathroom for fear of an accident. My wife suggested trying these as it was beginning to affect our quality of life. It turns out there was nothing to fear! Depends are low profile, well fitting and for the small issues I have, leak - free. I have not been able to detect any odour and they have proved themselves more than once now. There is a slight crunch / bit of movement around the rear of the pad but under jeans or sitting down its easy to get used to. While I can't speak for anyone with more serious issues, they have been great for me and have given me back a lot of confidence.

At first place is the absorbency level which checked the box for this product. Next you need to be comfortable and have a nice fit otherwise it would leak, not a problem here!
