My husband suffers from prostate cancer, which means frequent, immediate bathroom facilities. This underwear has enabled him to be able to go out with dignity. He says they are more comfortable than regular underwear and he is grateful for this product.

It also did not leave messy residue and he could wear it longer without any mishaps. He was not afraid to go out in public and venture out much more often.

I have tried several brands, including store brands, and there's no doubt in my mind that Depends offer the best features offered by any brand. Although my physical problems don't require that I wear them 24/7, I do benefit from them 2-3 days per week.

Easy to slip on and don’t have to worry about pull tabs. Work great with for odor control and absorbency. Very durable and were changed every 6 hrs

They are not bulky. They feel and appear as though I am wearing underwear under my clothes. Nothing to be embarrassed about.

In terms of the durability, it is very stretchy and can accommodate an extra size or so. The absorbency and Odor control works really well too. However, the only bad thing about it was it looked like a diaper and felt like a diaper.

He’s an extremely active 70 year old so he needs comfort, a good fit, and absorbency, and this product is all 3! He says that he doesn’t feel like he smells and the odor control is great! After several minor night time leaks resulting in wet sheets my wife insisted I wear some sort of night time protective wear. She picked up a small pack of Assure brand pull-up diapers but I was unhappy with the fit and look even though they did stop the wet sheets. I then looked for something better and tried the Depends Real-Fit pull-up diapers. The S/M size fits great, (I'm 5'10", 220 lbs, 40" waist) especially around the legs, and look like regular gray briefs. The best thing is that they completely absorb all of my night time leaks. Not sure how well these would work for someone with more than my minor "leakage" but they've sure worked great for me! Thanks for making a great product.
