[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 85 year father is in need of incontinence products 24/7 and while I can say these may work at certain points of the day, I am still looking for something STRONGER. I would love to find super absorbency overnight that would keep a bed dry, but the look of the Depends Underwear For Men is a welcome change from typical geriatric looking briefs. The feel is much softer and not scratchy like other briefs. The fit is actually like that of a regular pair of underwear. When he is sitting up, there are no accidental leaks. They are easy to pull on and off as well.

So I figured easier to show what one looks like outside of the package and the experience. My father in law is incontinent so I accepted this campaign for him! Depend is one of the best brands in regards to absorbency and comfortable wear. My FIL really likes them and they have made things easier on him. They have good stretch and a decent amount of absorbency.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To begin, Fit Flex were very comfortable. They did not bunch up over the course of the day, nor did they seem to become less elasticized and sag. They were very absorbent while still keeping my skin dry and fresh feeling. This made for a feeling of reassurance that I would not find myself in an embarrassing situation. Finally, and very importantly, it did not look like I was wearing disposable underwear under my clothing.

Depends flex underwear molds to the body better than any I have tried for my husband since he suffered a brain hemorrhage 4 1/2 years ago. They are the only ones that mold to the body for a more natural feel, therefore no leakage or sagging. I don't understand why other brands have the high leg cut, that causes leaks and does not stay with the body as it moves. I have received other brands free from the Hospice service my husband has, and I have returned them. The Depends absorption is excellent, no ballooning and the skin is protected from the moisture. The only issue I have with the underwear is the padding does not go up high enough in the back. The front padding is higher than required, the back needs to be higher. I even tried putting them on backwards, but they are not comfortable that way. When a person is not walking around and in sitting/laying position most of the time, the lower back padding leaks. To me this adjustment would make them perfect. He wears a small/medium size.

On the negative side if you wear them all night they do start to leak out the side a little bit. They would be good for someone who doesn’t have excessive urinary leakage. Overall ok but could be better.
