He, like so many with his condition, has trouble with leakage and difficulty making it to the bathroom in time. He has always said that he doesn't like the idea of wearing a "diaper" on a daily basis, but after trying these new Fit-Flex underwear he has agreed that wearing them would in fact be a better alternative to rushing to the bathroom every few minutes or so.
