Its very durable and soft and comfortable around the stop and sides. I was surprised at the how much it absorbed up without leaking. It also neutralized odors really well.

I have found this product to be excellent, all the Depends for men are very good and serve the purpose for which they are made. I have found 2 choices for my problem out of the many WalMart sells both in the store and on line. Depends in all packages are one of my choices. I have only been using these products since my prostate removal in June, but after trying many brands I like the 2 I now use everyday.

These are really absorbent but only for short periods of time and will begin to leak. These fit is a little loose around the legs. Odor control is fine for short periods of time. These are more expensive than store brands and may not be any better quality.

My husband uses S/M Fit-Flex Fit which work well for incontinence during the day, but at night, gravity defeats them. And, they are not really designed for bowel incontinence, day or night. Also, I may be imagining it, but they seem to be thinner as I can see pinkness through the back. But it may be he's gained some weight and they are stretching. I'm going up a size to check. I do wish you carried a "real" medium, however. Still mostly satisfied, but recommendations please.

Not all men wear the garments because of urinary incontinence. My husband needs them because he is a colon cancer survivor. He is missing most of his large intestine. He sometimes cannot get to a toilet in time. Up till now, I have been giving him the blue women's Silhouette garments to wear. These provide complete coverage and have saved him from soiling his clothes and public embarrassment. Since the men's garments do not provide complete coverage, I will continue to share the Silhouette garments with him. I realize that Depends garments are marketed for 'urinary incontinence. Still, I should hope that will change. More elderly than you think need complete coverage.
