They look like regular underware, so they aren't bulky, the fit is perfect & extremely durable! They are super comfortable and with the odor control, there is NO SMELL!! They absorb wonderfully and we have been using them daily for about a month and have had ZERO leaks compared to the old ones, we had leaks on a daily basis!! I highly recommend this product for any men with incontinence issues!!

These are perfect because the look like underwear (not white like a diaper) so not embarrasing for him. He can also easily get them up and down. He like the fit even better than his regular underwear. The price was also good.

I recently had a hemorrhoid operation and needed something for leakage. I grabbed the first thing for men I saw which was the Depend Fit-Flex. After using them once I saw the coverage was bad, so I turned them around. They work great for absorbency but are a little uncomfortable in the leg fit and I feel like I'm sitting on a log. A Depend Fit-Flex for light days would be better. I would recommend Depend Fit-Flex for problems like mine but wish I could find something specific for "bottom" protection.

The underwear does not have a strong smell and does not cause allergies to the skin. As for absorption, it is at the highest level. Very comfortable underwear.

They fit better, stand up to all day wearing without gapping or leakage, and are “quieter” and more discreet. They do not chafe or irritate the skin. The diaper was full of water but did not leak through to other side, so I suppose anyone with incontinence will be pleased by these. I did put they on to see if they would chafe or feel uncomfortable, but the material is soft enough to be worn for a day. Only issue may be sizing; while the waistband expands, it was about half a size too big.

My grandpa is a very crazy sleeper to say the least and these fit wonderful between changes throughout the night without worries about any leaking or sliding.
