I often buy Ultra Downy April Fresh because it makes my laundry so soft and fresh every time 💗 The scent is light but lasts for days -not too strong, just clean and comforting 👕✨ It works great even with a small amount, so it's really good value for money 💰 The packaging is sturdy, easy to pour, and I appreciate that Downy is moving toward more sustainable materials 🌿 Overall, it's an effective and reliable fabric conditioner that leaves clothes smelling amazing and feeling super soft! 💖

Hands down the best fabric softener out there! I can't get enough of this scent . It leaves my clothes feeling so fresh , soft and clean. It's the best laundry scent period. I especially love using it on my bedding! You can't beat the price you get a lot in the easy to pour plastic container . I really wish they'd bring back the intense version!

Why are your customers having to go a safari for instructions!

I don't know what you did to the original formula. Downy used to work great and smell nice. Now it gets all clumpy and clogs up the dispenser (which I clean frequently). You blame the thickening on temperature extremes. They must have happened during shipment to the grocery store. This never used to happen before, I would bet that you changed the formula to save money. Hard to believe that temperature is to blame, we have lived in the same climate for 50 years. I can't use this stuff and would like a refund.

I have worn clothes washed with Downy my entire life. However, my recent purchase of the newly formulated April Fresh with Silk Touch has caused me to have to find another product. I break out in a terrible red rash that burns and itches from wearing clothes washed with this product. Also, the new smell is entirely overwhelming.

Going to stop using if not clear liquid. Tired of the blue dye staining some of my clothing and ruining good clothes

AWFUL! Has a stench worse than old lady perfume. Has to wash my clothes twice to get the stench out.

I want the oringinal I don't want my fabric softener to be my perfume. Please bring back the old scent and my memories of home. I only chose one star

Absolutely love this. Clothes smell great and above all your clothes are so soft. No issues with dissolvability. Great value and highly recommend.
