I bought this to power my home after a storm. Very easy to operate and very good detailed instructions.

Very good product and a very good price

I bought this last year to be prepared for the storm.  It was not as bad as expected, but it ran very good.

Wish it had a Propane option, but good so far

So far so good.  Owned a Honda for year and find this to have more features.  Not a quite as a Honda but feature/value is much better.

Looks like it would be great but first time I used it the breaker keeps tripping so I'm only able to use 2 of the 20A instead of all 4

Highly recommend. Remote start is a blessing for cold winters in Maine when the power goes out. Large enough to run a 1800 ft home with pellet stove.

Everything I was looking for with high watt output

Liked the ease of starting and overall appearance BUT----The day of the hurricane hit Florida; it failed to generate any electricity--ran great but no juice.  In its present condition I would give it 5 stars when used as a boat anchor.  I have owned several generators previously.

I bought the 9500c generator a couple months ago. It is very simple to assemble, they provided the oil,  funnel and tools to get it started. The push button start works great.  My wife used the remote start key fob inside and outside house.  This feature is a mobility saver since my wife is disabled.  She has the freedom to start and stop the generator if she leaves the house.  The generator is very quiet.  A couple weeks after I received it, I lost power for 3 days, powered the whole house.  It is a must have.  I would definitely recommend!!!
