Florida means hurricanes. You want two things in a back-up generator - Reliability and Ease of Use. This has both.

Reliable, easy to use

Just received Thursday evening. Haven't had a chance to run it yet. Came with q broken battery charger. Shipping was rough on it.

love it. I do not have to go outside to start it. the remote is awesome. can run every thing that I need. wish I would have got it sooner

Great Features!

The generator was delivered yesterday with little assembly required.  Operations and systems are straight forward and the system works as advertised.

Easy to use

Fired right up and did everything it expected and then some.
One battery connector was damaged on arrival and had to make
Minor repairs.

Exceeded expectations

Bought after hurricane Milton as we lost power for over a week. This unit gives full house power with the flip of a switch

Whole House Service

Liked the ease of starting and overall appearance BUT----The day of the hurricane hit Florida; it failed to generate any electricity--ran great but no juice.  In its present condition I would give it 5 stars when used as a boat anchor.  I have owned several generators previously.

I bought the 9500c generator a couple months ago. It is very simple to assemble, they provided the oil,  funnel and tools to get it started. The push button start works great.  My wife used the remote start key fob inside and outside house.  This feature is a mobility saver since my wife is disabled.  She has the freedom to start and stop the generator if she leaves the house.  The generator is very quiet.  A couple weeks after I received it, I lost power for 3 days, powered the whole house.  It is a must have.  I would definitely recommend!!!
