Got the product and first off it looks great and well built. The instructions for the wheels were super easy to follow. Starting it and getting it running were also very easy to do. Very happy so far with the purchase.

I just received it yesterday and got it up and running in less than an hour and it's working perfectly. Impressed with all the features and believe I made a good choice as I checked out all the reviews before purchasing.

Purchased in June ahead of Hurricane Beryl instructions to use were simply, using was easy with simple instructions, it's a attractive piece of equipment my husband was able to get 8 hrs of sleep without concern about refill.

Assembled in no time. Found only one problem. There is a jumper wire (System Bonding Jumper) that must be removed for whole house use. The terminal screw was stripped, apparently over torqued at the factory.

I recently purchased this as a backup generator for my house due to the fact that it has a 50amp plug. Love the features that it comes with, unlike others that would cost substantially more.

This is the perfect size for charging larger drone batteries. I also have a wgen 12000 but it is to large to fit in my UTV but this 9500 does great and is a whole lot lighter. The 50 amp plug is all I use and the remote start is a lifesaver.

We last power a few weeks back for a few days after a storm and lost everything in the freezer. We also had no air-condition. This unit will run it all with room to spare.

We bought the WGEN9500 five months ago. We lost power twice since we've owned it. The generator starts up as intended and kept the house up and running during the cold temp outages.

Generator has a great electric start and runs very smoothly. All-in-all a well built unit with all of the plugs/breakers I could ever need. Great sized tank for gasoline and long run-times.

I purchased this generator for all the right reasons. When things go wrong mostly. Now I/m set. You can't go wrong with 3 ways to start the generator. I can feel safe at home when the electric company can't fix the problem right away.
