I'm giving 4 stars for now only because I only set it up, ran and tested it once. I watched three YouTube videos on setting it up. Everything went smooth.

My husband was able to get it hooked up quickly and start running when we had a freak April snow storm that took down a lot of powerlines. It ran both the house and barn.

Easy to use! Has a handle to make it easy to take outside and all the information you need is right on the generator it self. The electric start is awesome!

This WGen9500c portable generator performs exactly as I need it to. It runs quieter than some brands, and has a remote start which is great in bad weather. The three year warranty is also a thumbs up.
