Couldn’t ask for better. Easy set up, good power, great value. I like the battery tender, remote start, and clean look. Noise is about as expected. True power house.

The WGen9500 powers all the basic essentials without much of struggle and is relatively quiet. I especially like the remote start addition with the digital readout of voltage, hrs of run time, etc..

Haven't needed to use this for it's intended purpose yet since there has not been a power outage, but expecting major storms over the next few weeks and will most likely need to use it a lot.

Easy set up just bolt on wheels and front pads. Battery was connected and charged just plug two wires and add oil .started right up also included trickle battery charger .

Haven't used yet, bought it for the black outs. But it was very easy to put the wheels and the stands on. Very easy instructions to read and understand. It was heavy but my wife and I could take it out, just the two of us.

Bought 2 months ago, and all is as advertised. Starts and runs great, and runs my well pump on 30amps, as well as power equipment. Also runs everything on my my BIG RV, with 2 ACs, using the 50amp outlet. Covers all my needs as advertised!

Haven't used yet, but an active hurricane season has been projected. We will definitely hook everything up this weekend to ensure that it functions property! I'm worried after the most recent reviews posted.

I bought this to replace an old worn out unit. I am very happy with the item and the delivery was early and well done. I would recommend this generator to anyone seeking a quality, easy to use genset.

Received the unit undamaged and all items were in the box. Added the oil and gas, connected the battery and it started right up. All outputs worked as they should.

Bought this for a full house backup. Tested it yesterday. Successfully ran my 3 ton air conditioner, my fridge, and all of our electronics with ease. It wasn't even at full capacity. This thing is a beast.
