Bought on 9/23/2020. Easy to unpack and set up. Nice 12 hour run time far exceeds my Honda. Quieter than my Honda. Love the electric start. Starts every time .

Easy assembly. Started right up, sounds good. Ready for the next power outage. House is two hundred feet from the utility pole and the remote works. Great price

Complete with wheels, handle, oil, wrenches, battery, battery charger and a remote starter. Didn't need to buy anything else. As a bonus it's also more compact than the 5500 watt generator it is replacing.

So happy to have this generator as a home backup! The remote start is a pretty cool feature. The generator came with everything we would need to start up (no gasoline, obviously). The wheels are sturdy which makes moving it very easy.

I bought this last year and it worked great during emergency weather (like snow storms with power outage). It can even handle a refrigerator or a big heater.

I got to admit that this thing is a beast. For what I need it to run (Sump, AC vs Furnace, essentials) it is killing it. I have had to use it twice since purchase and it has not disappointed.

I live in Florida and bought this in case we lose electricity from hurricane damage. Was very easy to assemble and started right up when I turned it on. Remote also works great to start it. Hopefully, we won't have any direct hurricane hits!

Just got my new Westinghouse generator. Shipped right to my home! Easy assembly and set up. Will run my main home items off this when and if we loose power due to fire, earthquake or high wind power outages.

Followed up the set up instructions for initial start up. However it doesn’t seem to run consistently. It is making a surging sound. I hope to contact customer service to resolve the issue.

I bought this because our power went out and it worked extremely well. It ran everything in the house without a hiccup and I can use my 220 welder anywhere.
