Bought this 2 days ago after losing power from ice storm. So far so good has been making this power outage a minor inconvenience. Getting another one for a family member

Very little assembly. Owner's manual is very clear with assembly, starting, and maintenance instructions. Unit started immediately. Remote fob paired easily and works as described.

Love the wireless remote for starting and stopping the machine from inside your house!!!! A little thinking ahead and you don’t have to go out in the snow with your PJ’s on!

Worked as expected right out of the box. Started right up, with a warm-up, it when right to producing much needed powder during an outage. Glad for the p choise.

I received my genset on July 4th, just now testing it out--started just fine, but no power output--and the service department does not answer the phone on the weekends

The product was of very good quality and I found it to be very intuitive in its use. Set up was straightforward and without issue. Robust Wheels and Frame indicate it will be well protected from dammage whilst in use or transit.

I bought this to have power in my home when we do not have power because of bad storms, which are often. My son also takes it to the field to have power to weld machinery if breaks. Easy to use starts great even remote control.

We bought this about a month ago and have already used it once. After reading the instructions, it is pretty easy to use. I also like that it can be easily transported using the handle and wheels. Overall, we are very pleased!
