We've been wanting a generator for a long time. After having some power outages we decided to go ahead and invest in one. We haven't actually used it yet, but we're very excited to have it! It was packaged well and delivered well.

I bought this generator for power outages in my area. So far I could not be more satisfied. It comes with excellent features. Once received, very little to do but put on the wheels/support bushings, add oil and your ready to go.

I live on the Outer Banks of NC where there are a lot of storms that cause power outages. This generator will meet my needs to power my fridge and freezer and other items until the power comes back on.

Just received generator today. Seems to be good quality. Did a lot of research and decided this was the best one. Will put gas in it and try it out and update review

We purchased this generator in preparation of hurricane season in Florida. We love the dual fuel feature as well as the remote start . No hurricane yet but we will be prepared!

I had problems with the generator being shipped as freight to a UPS facility that could not handle the product (which weighed 220 pounds). I am working thru those problems and the generator appears to be a great generator.

I just brought and so excited that this Gen9500 will support my during outages and love the remote star and all the features. I had done alot of research on generator and this one by far exceed all my expectations for the price point
