Have about 40 Hrs on this generator so far. Haven't had any problems with it. I like the remote start capability, the only complaint I have is the co2 sensor is very sensitive.

I got to admit that this thing is a beast. For what I need it to run (Sump, AC vs Furnace, essentials) it is killing it. I have had to use it twice since purchase and it has not disappointed.

I just received the 9500 generator today 07/06/2020 very easy set up took about 40 mins and I was up and running. haven't put any load on it yet. but it will run almost my whole house.

I bought online. It arrived on time. The packaging was beat up and oil stained. Oil had leaked onto the battery, but wad easy to clean up. It works well.

Bought this after a recent outage. Old generator did fine but this generator is an upgrade with many great features. Love the remote start feature with my bad back.

It was very easy to assemble. More compact than I was expecting (that's a good thing)! Nice to have piece of mind knowing that we'll be able to have power for most of the house the next time we lose power to Mother Nature.
