Although the price is great, they always arrive broken! I wanted to pick them up at the Pleasantville NJ store, but not available for pickup. I suspect the breakage happens in transit/shipping, and by picking them up at Sams, I wanted to get them unbroken.

Broken tortilla chips

Been buying for years, they're great! If you order them online, don't expect perfection as in shipping they'll get jostled and there will be more crumbs than if you buy in store. Could they be packaged better to prevent that? Maybe. I accept the cost of more broken ones in saving me the 200 mile round trip to the store.

When ordering online, don't expect perfection

We recently bought this box (maybe March or April of 2023), and they were so stale. We first hoped it was just the first bag in the box, but the second bag was just as stale. 
We have bought this product before and have not had this trouble. But it makes me nervous to buy another box.

It is the second time I ordered these from sam’s and it is the last time I will do that all I ended up with was two boxes of crumbs couldn’t be used for anything!!! Very upset 😠 at either your shipping department or FedX the boxes looked like they played football with them😡😡 I was very disappointed and upset 😠

great price!! the best way to describe how these taste and crunch, is to think of them as taco shells cause that is basically their thickness and how they crunch and taste.. Not as great as Catalina chips but, are second best to me.. will be buyjng again especially since i got lucky and have less than 10% broken chips..
