Zinus is such a top tier memory foam mattress company, but this hybrid takes it even higher. It arrived in a compact, box then double bagged within to keep it squished. Took 2 of us to get it from the porch to bedroom. Once placed on the old box springs, cut open the bag as instructed and it was mere moments before it was fully inflated. The hybrid has built in springs that the full foam mattresses do not have and it adds to the comfort of this mattress. Within the first 3 nights, my husband no longer had any shoulder pain like he did with our previous mattress. The only downfall is the edge of the mattress sort of ‘drops off’ meaning if you lean too far over, you get the feeling you are going to fall right off the edge. It has held up really well. No foul smell when unwrapping it from the plastic.

I liked the way the mattress was packaged/ vacuum sealed. It made it easier getting it into the house. It was easily move able with just 2 people. The handles were very convenient. The box was damaged but the product itself was not. I prefer a bed that is not firm nor soft. This mattress was a little softer than I expected but it holds its shape well. I am a hot sleeper and the bed keeps me noticeable cooler.

This bed is an awesome deal for the quality of mattress it is. We spent around a thousand dollars on our mattress and this is very comparable. We actually already have a Zinus mattress in our guest bedroom as well and people always comment on how nice it is.

This mattress is AMAZING! Perfect combination of firm and soft! Great hybrid mattress. It is so comfortable. When you lay down it feels cool and firm but molds to your body to make it even more comfortable. I will be buying more of these for the rest of the bedrooms in the house!!! Run and get this!

We decided on this mattress for our son. This is the perfect height for his platform bed. Please note If adding this ontop of a deep boxspring it may make your bed a little high and hard to get in to. The height of his bed with no boxspring is perfect to get in and out of with ease. He likes the firmness of the mattress as it is not too soft but also not real firm. The hybrid concept is a win win for those who want the softness of a memory foam but also the support of a coil mattress. The fact this mattress comes in a box makes it very easy to transport and install. Note that while it comes in a box it is quite heavy at over 100 lbs. Definitely need 2 people to lift the box. An amazing addition is that the mattress itself actually has handles on each side to make it easier to put into place or move as needed. We did not notice any smell when unboxing either. My son has used this for several weeks and has been getting quality sleep with no aches or pains. the only thing i can think of as a downside is that it does take a couple days to full compress. But it advises that you can use it in the meantime. Also when you sit on the edge or a corner it sinks a little more than other mattresses but that wouldnt be a reason not to purchase this mattress. You will not regret purchasing this thick of a mattress for such a great price.

Right off the bat this mattress opened up and appeared like a quality mattress. Very well made. After a week of use I can confidently say the description is on point. Perfect amount of softness but firm enough to not melt directly into it. Body contours well to the top and it works great with our adjustable massaging frame!

We love this mattress! It definitely took two people to maneuver the queen size into our upstairs bedroom; it has a substantial weight to it. When we unboxed it, there was no noticeable odor like some foam mattresses. It is very comfortable, and pretty firm which o appreciate. Overall its a great mattress.

Let me start by saying bed in a box always sounded cheap to me. So when it was delivered my husband actually struggled to get in house it was #139 LBS in large box. The box was in great shape good job Fedex, we opened box pulled out vaccummed sealed mattress cut plastic and placed on foundation we then saw the directions to slice open the bottom and allow the mattress to expand so we did it can take up to 72 hours to fully expand but after 24hrs the mattress was at 14 inches. Its is firm yet soft to lay on and the cooling layer really works no more waking up sweaty from memory foam stlye beds. We have had it for under a week andd so far its just perfect we also have 3 Great Danes that have decided its the best place to take a nap . Would definitely say if your looking for new matress save the hassle of shopping and order one to show up at your door .

I slept on the mattress for a couple of weeks. I recommend that you do the same as the mattress feels different, even better, after it has settled into the room. For the type of "hybrid" mattress, I was a little disappointed as it felt much softer than what I was expecting. Standard internet pictures are really accurate of what it looks like, but it comes compressed in a box. Be careful and follow the instructions on how to unpack so you do not damage the mattress or get hurt when it expands. I would highly recommend that you pick this up in the store. I had it shipped to me and the box arrived damaged. Thankfully the vacuum seal was not compromised.

The mattress is very good quality and durable. I love the handles on the sides that help to move the mattress around with ease. The mattress is supportive and comfy. The pillow top really helps make it feel great. It’s a nice thickness too.
