Keep it on the shelves !!

Milk always taste fresh and last for several weeks in the refrigerator.

However, after a week of opening, boiling and storing in refrigerator, it develops unpleasant odor.

Creamy and pasteurized. Longer shelf life.

This milk is gentle on my husband’s stomach and is great for making lattes!

I put this milk into a liter freezer bottles %26 freeze if for use as I need it. Something I've done for 40 years. Normally I can do that with this. The last purchase was awful and every liter completely curdled. No amount of shaking it helped. There's only one brand that I know of that does this and it's in a fair curved plastic bottle. A highly processed, highly heated brand. I'm reluctant to purchase this from Sam's again tho organic whole milk costs more elsewhere. Disappointed.

most milk is dated for sale over a month after it hits the stores, so if you can use 3 x 1/2 gallon in that time, this is the best deal I've seen, on organic milk.

The milk is good quality, but the quality control is lacking. I have bought these cartons probably 10 times at least and have had to return 2 times because 1 of the 3 containers was completely empty and another time half empty (factory sealed lids).
