I love love love oreos! They've been my favourite cookie for years and I love how versatile they are! I'm a baker and I use them for many different items I sell. They can be baked directly into products like cookies, brownies, cupcakes, blondies and so no. They keep their lovely crunch when baked and stay just as delicious! I scrape the filling from the cookies, break the cookie up and mix into the dough, I then take the vanilla cream from the Oreo and mix it with white chocolate spread to fill the cookies and they turn out delicious!
