My kids love these as a special treat in their lunch. I like to use them in my cookies and cream cupcakes, just separate the two halves and place the side with the filling facing up on the bottom of a cupcake wrapper then add your batter and bake. Let me be real clear here. I've been eating these cookies since I was in eighth grade. I actually would trade a girl my hot lunch and she would give me a bag of 10 Oreos.
