I used pick up services and all 5 boxes were crushed in some form or another. I have not opened any of the boxes yet since I bought them for Trick or Treats. I hope the individual packages are not crushed within the inside of each box. I would have refused the boxes, however, I had another family member pick up the order for me. I will never use pick up services again.

This Oreo container don’t stand a chance in our household. The individual sleeves is genius! Well, maintaining the integrity and freshness of the other cookies. You’re able to pull out one sleeve at a time. This is the best idea ever. Oreo really is milks, favorite cookie!

I bought these for an event and when they arrived the box was crushed on one end. I am sure that’s NOT Sam’s fault-however the Oreo box inside was NOT packed with any padding at all-THAT is Sam’s fault. I am sure that the cookies are great-even ALL of the broken ones. Disappointed.
