I'm not too crazy about Oreos by themselves but I LOVE cookies and cream ice cream! Oreos are always the type of cookies in this ice cream. I made an ice cream cake from scratch and used Oreos for the ingredients and as a topping. It was delicious!

I mean it's a classic snack from our childhood! So delicious! My husband and I have to split the pack down the middle so we both get equal amounts of cookies or we'll just eat a whole pack!
