I wasn’t expecting much of a difference between the disposable razors and the cartridge razors, but boy was I surprised! The cartridge razor was very easy to hold and it glides across my skin with such ease that I had to look twice to make sure it was removing the hair! It gave such a clean shave without nicking and cutting my skin! I will be buying cartridge razors from now on as this Gillette Venus Smooth Women’s Razor did an amazing job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently started using this razor and currently liking it. I’ve had the razor for about 2 weeks and have not had a need to change the razor yet. I anticipate that I’ll be able to use the razor for about 4 weeks before having to switch it out. The Venus smooth razor is easy to use and light weight. The handle is made out of plastic and about 1/3 of the handle is covered in rubber. The handle is shaped to allow the user versatility when holding it. I loved how the shape of the razor allowed me to place my thumb on a groove where it wouldn’t slip. I did not like how round and wide the bottom of the razor was. The bottom of the razor felt a little awkward when I held it but I understand how others could find it convenient. The blade it self cut very well and I was able to easy shave my armpits and legs. So

The ergonomic handle design provides good control, making it easy to maneuver around kneecaps. The moisture strips help to reduce irritation. My armpits didn't have any irritation, while the interchangeable blades were convenient. However, the replacement blade cartridges are a bit pricey.

Not only do they give the closest, and smoothest shave - they are so easy to use! No shaving cream, no annoying long process.... just some water and a swipe of this razor and you are instantly perfect! They last forever too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So let me preface this by saying I don’t show my legs and I hardly shave unless I have to. I recently shaved my legs with a different kind of razor and it took a really long time. Are use this one kind of expecting the same result but it was actually a lot quicker. I don’t have really hairy legs anyway so it’s not that big of a deal but I do appreciate a close quick shave when I need to do it. I also shave under my arms and that was really quick too. Great handle and I’m really partial to aqua so this was really a great choice for me. I’ll only be using this one from here on out.

It feels so good holding in my hand and has 3 blades to get you a smooth shave. So far I haven’t cut myself with it and that’s one of the issues I usually run into along with it missing areas. This razor has made my legs & underarms so smooth and I haven’t got razor burn or cut myself. Now I’ve found me a good dependable razor and I love it.

Gillette Venus is almost always my go-to as it’s always the consistent, high-quality razor I’m used to. It’s comfortable to hold, and the head pivots to help make sure everything is reached. I love that you can also always use the Venus handle with other Venus blade replacements.
