The blades are sharp as they should be and provide a nice close shave without razor bumps. My skin is easily irritated with certain razors but this one is excellent.

I love this razor. This is my first time trying a non-disposable razor and I am sold oooh let me tell you this razor with the Olay shaving cream my god I was ready for date night! Mini dress approved no stubbles, the packaging is cute and the blades truly slide over your skin and it gets in hard to reach places! I've been using these blades for years. I liked them because they were the smallest and most minimal of the Venus line (slightly less plastic), and they worked great. I recently reordered some and noticed the blade design slightly changed (there's a little metal strip on either side holding in the blades). I wouldn't care about that, except these new ones don't feel as smooth. I got terrible razor burn even though I didn't do anything else different. I used to recommend these, but not if they're going to be like this new design from now on.

I wasn’t expecting much of a difference between the disposable razors and the cartridge razors, but boy was I surprised! The cartridge razor was very easy to hold and it glides across my skin with such ease that I had to look twice to make sure it was removing the hair! It gave such a clean shave without nicking and cutting my skin! I will be buying cartridge razors from now on as this Gillette Venus Smooth Women’s Razor did an amazing job!

I’ve never had any issues with skin irritations or razor burn, even in those intimate areas. I’m able to get a close shave every time! And if I feel like grabbing a new razor head from Gillette any of them will fit my handle, which is amazing!
