[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using men’s razors from a subscription service for the past few years after some struggles with women’s razors. I was very pleasantly surprised by this razor. It gave me a close shave and was easy to hold in my hand. I got a long life span on the blades, but they never felt so sharp that it made me hesitant that I would cut myself easily. I haven’t noticed any irritation or bumps; which has been amazing. I will definitely be buying these moving forward!

I love Gillette razors and Venus razors have been around for a long time. The moisturizing strip helps for a closer shave. The multiple blades help to reduce the number of passes necessary for a smooth shave also. Great razor, just wish the refill blades weren't so pricey.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been loyal to my Venus razors. They are the only ones to cut through my thick hairs. I get a clean close shave for a decent price. These razors last longer than your typical disposable. I also do not get razor burn when using Venus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This razor was pretty good. It didn't irritate my skin like many do, and was comfortable and easy to use. I love the moisturizing effects as well. I didn't need as much shaving cream. I found that it could handle all levels of hair, which is great for me, as I sometimes don't shave for a bit in between. Definitely would give a try, as they worked great for me!

This is an all-around great razor for women. I love the handle! It's designed specifically for the way women hold their razor while shaving - it has several soft gels pads on different sides so that your hand won't slip even in the shower. I also love that the razor head has rounded edges - much better than guys' squared design for getting around knees and underarms. If you want the ultimate performance, go for the Venus Embrace with 5 blades :)

Venus razors are my favorite kind with the disposable blade. To be honest, I only use them on my legs because I feel like I cannot get a close shave on my underarms with them. I really like how wide and flat against my skin the blade part is. Also, mine came with a little plastic storage thing and that was a great bonus.

Performance-wise, I was expecting a little bit more. I don’t think the razor cut close to the cuticle of the hair so hair grew back really fast. Not only that but it’s not as smooth as I would’ve hoped. I had to apply more shaving cream than needed. Overall, I wouldn’t purchase this item since there are others out there that work better
