Fantastic dates. They have seeds so be aware. Big and soft, these dates are really good. Super high in fiber too. Really like this product a lot.

These are so yummy! I’ve tried other brands, but the brand Sam’s Club carries for medjool dates are the softest. I’m buying more today!
