Had to replace central air which would take away our a/c for a day. Put this small unit in bedroom window as a refuge when we lost the use of the main a/c and it works great. We are keeping it in place to provide a cool boost. The price was right and the unit produced such good cold air had to turn it down, also had the seal of approval from the dogs. Was fairly easy to install in a side sliding window (all instructions are for vertical and we have horizontal windows) May even buy another unit and put in my office for the summer. Also very easy order on line and pick up in store next day. Good product good service.

We bought this last month for a hot, stuffy upstairs bedroom in our 100+ year old farmhouse. A room once deemed "unusable" in summer is now a deliciously cool retreat from the heat. This unit is very quiet, and very cold. The SEER rating of 11.00 means that it costs is very little to operate. While it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the fancy digital models, the dial controls are easy to operate as understand. Exactly what we where looking for with the best price we have found.....Thanks, Sam's Club!

We bought this for our bedroom. We have central heat and air, but really like it to be very cool at night, so we use this primarily when we sleep. It does the job well and keeps the room cold. No complaints at all.

I bought this as a bedroom unit for a small cabin to replace an old one from another brand. I desperately needed another one to make my bedroom comfortable during this Mississippi summer. It was easy to install with a reasonably long power cord and is quiet and powerful. I am ecstatic about how wonderfully cool it keeps my room and the kitchen. I live in a small, rented cabin in the woods. I have been in heaven ever since it has been installed and am so happy with the price. I actually had to turn it down to low after a while because it works so well. I couldn’t be happier with it. I got it from Sam’s for $130 plus tax and feel like I got a bargain. I would be happy to buy more for other rooms if I need to in the future.

This is a nice a.c. unit for a bathroom or other small room. It has manual knob controls and is very basic. The filter slides out of the side of the unit, as opposed to having to open the front grill as most a.c. units have you do. For barely over $100 and FREE shipping, you can't go wrong. Just make sure your room is no more than approximately 150 sq. ft.

Great little air conditioner. Cools great and relatively quiet. I would have given this 5 stars, but the grates on the rear exterior of the unit were terribly bent when i took it out of the case. I didn't return because it is impossible to get it back in the box and I needed to install it right away and didn't have time to deal with it. Lack of quality control very disappointing.

Pathetic. It doesnt keep mysmall master bedroom cool. Turned up to the highest setting it took 8 hrs to get my room slightly cool, but I was still sweaty and uncomfortable. My room is about 8 ×8. That's it! Still, cant get the job done. I paid $165 + tax and shipping, and wish I could get my $$$ back.

Not impressed at all. Brand new, right out of the box, we discovered that the unit was incorrectly functioning and only blew warm air. Very disappointing as we now have to return and ultimately decide if we want to take our chances and have them repurchase, or we go with a different brand/retailer altogether.

the air conditioner worked good for a few days and then started making a noise. couldnt figure out where it was coming from. couldnt use it because it was so loud

I bought two and when I installed the first one, I waited approximately one hour and the room wasn’t even close to cool. It was a very small room so I was concerned that the unit was not working properly. I decided not to open the second one in case it was the same result. I returned both to the local store with no issues but I was disappointed with this product.
