The left side is completely sunken in , to the point you almost roll off the bed . The moment you lay on it you slide down

Breaking in just fine - build quality, I suppose, could be better - tufting stitching has already come away from top layer. Still, happy with the purchase and series 2 firm feels supportive and stable.

This is the only mattress I’ll buy. Bought one for every bedroom in my home. Whenever a guest stays over they always ask me what brand of mattress i have.
