Just got the fridge. Not only is it damaged, but it's a weird purpleish blue, not like the one in picture. Also, it's really light weight, about half the weight of our other beverage fridge. So prob more flimsy construction. Was worried about getting it for my husband for Father's Day after reading some negative reviews. Sure enough, it has 3 noticable dents in it and was a total bummer for him! Whats really weird is that none of the cardboard was damaged where the dents where, so it looks as if it happened before it was shipped. Also the "chrome" badge along bottom was missing. Really frustrating because we now have to take it back to the store ourselves. Not sure what's going on with stuff anymore but have been getting a lot of damaged items from Sam's lately. Spare yourself the disappointment with this retro thing and just get something better quality and less fussy.

I have ordered 12 of these total for a small motel. The handles break easily if used to open the fridge. 9 of the 12 arrived damaged either with dents, dings, or both. The are darling. If ordering one I would have it shipped straight to the store where you could check it out to see if it is damaged.

Walmart stop shipping out dented Refrigerators! Huge dent in the front of The mini fridge I just went to pick up at the site to store walmart pick up. It’s Probably happening at the factory. I wish that I could reorder and receive it not damaged. So sad that this can’t be a gift anymore

I keep a mini fridge in my kitchen strictly for beverage storage. It frees up a lot of space in my main fridge, which is on the smaller side. My old one quit on me and I looked online for a while searching for a replacement. I normally steer clear of items with the one-star review percentage this fridge has, but I decided to take a chance. I was nervous, I wont lie. Verdict: For now, I'm happy I went with this one. The price is right and I LOVE the retro look. It's so cute! Also, the black was cheaper. Lucky for me, b/c it's the color I needed to match my other kitchen appliances. Also arrived with no dents or cosmetic damage so that was a huge plus considering what some buyers have gone through with this fridge. As far as function goes, it's an A+++. It's winter time so I realize it's not having to work quite as hard, but WOW, it keeps my drinks super cold. Had to turn it down because it was freezing some of my stuff. I like my beverages incredibly cold so this is awesome for me. If you're not a fan of that, you'd definitely have to keep this thing turned down. If it keeps the same momentum, I'll be more than satisfied. Especially at the price. You can't beat it. If it randomly quits or wont cool anymore as some have complained, I'll return to let you know!

The mini fridge is attractive and seems to function well. Installation of the handle is problematic at the tolerances in manufacturing seem to have been off. I purchased three of these mini fridges and only one allowed for easy installation of the handle, the other three were extremely hard to get connected and I ended up scratching the finish on those two units in the process of installing. Material of the handle is plastic, which was a bit disappointing as well. Overall for the price I'd still call it a good bargain, but believe the handle issue should be investigated by the manufacturer and corrected.

I really love the look of this fridge. It's running very quietly (for now), and it generally gets the job done. Some issues: Some parts of it feel really cheap. In the photo, the handle looks one of those old-fashioned, metal handles which, hinged so when you pull on them, they move out a bit and open the fridge. This one seems to be a chrome coating over plastic, it doesn't move, and it feels like if you pull it too hard it will break. The bottle opener is actual metal, but it doesn't work very well. You have to struggle to get the bottle cap to catch, and it feels like it may pull the fridge apart when you remove the bottle cap. So, while the retro paint and styling convey solidity, the actual construction is very, very flimsy, too much plastic, not enough metal. I worry that this fridge will not withstand long use very well. Then there is the space issue. There is a long column of can holders on the inside door. All it can hold is soda cans. This is really a bad idea. All of that space could be put to better use. one can store soda cans on shelves, but it's hard to store anything in a long vertical can holder. In a small fridge, every inch counts.

The first refrigerator we ordered made a loud noise when plugged in. We weren’t able to return it to a store and had to pack it up and take it to Fed Ex, which ironically was located in a Walmart. Walmart did provide the shipping label and did send a replacement. The refrigerator is doing fine so far…only had it about two weeks.

This fridge is adorable, but severely damaged upon delivery. I still have not gotten my replacement. It’s interesting that Walmart.com would send me a review request for a product that I do not actually have. I returned the fridge a week ago and the replacement has not yet shipped

The fridge was very well packed absolutely zero damage. Everything was just perfect and I now have a fully stocked beer fridge. It is pretty lightweight. I had no problems removing the film covering all sides of the fridge. Easily fit 48 cans. Received the refrigerator in 48 hours which was much quicker than Amazon. this has been my first major purchase on walmart.com and I am very happy I pulled the trigger. Have been an Amazon loyalist.\n

I bought it to place in my bedroom. However it makes too much noise... much more than expected and after reading all reviews... !!! I had to take it off my bedroom so I could sleep... However, even having it placed in the hallway, I really like the fridge and I enjoy ice cold beer any time...
