I'm really bummed out and annoyed with the product description and the product itself. I've had it for 2 months now and I was so excited to get it. Shortly after it was all set up and I had put some stuff in the freezer, I noticed the freezer would randomly thaw and things under it were wet. I have some gel ice packs in there and they never get as cold as they should (pretty much the same as if I'd just had them in the regular fridge in the kitchen). So this whole time, I've been scratching my head, wondering what I did wrong for the freezer compartment not to work remotely as expected. well... The product description here calls it a FREEZER compartment, also mentions you can make ice cubes and store food (!!!!), not to mention it's pretty much implied that the top compartment is a freezer. In the instruction manual however it explicitly calls it a "chiller" and also states: "The temperature in this compartment does not get cold enough to freeze food safely for long periods of time and works best when food is already frozen" and says to store commercially frozen foods 3-4 days AT MOST. And I can guarantee you that if I put that little ice cube tray in there, I'd be waiting forever to possibly get so much as a layer of ice forming on that water. This is so irritating. If I didn't want a freezer, I would have bought a unit that is all refrigerator. But I specifically got this for the function that it advertises. And how can the description state it's safe to store food in there, without adding to that the fact that it definitely can't be stored there safely for 4 days, not to mention it has to already be frozen beforehand. And calling it a freezer when it isn't is just flat out lying. So, if you're looking to buy this unit because you want that extra little freezer space as well, don't. You may as well spend less money for a larger mini-fridge that is upfront about not having a functions it does and does not have.

I got this for my son to take to college. It does have plenty of room and the little freezer is great. The door handle though is evidently just for looks since it is just plastic and doesn't seem very durable. It looks great but I would rather they just left the handle off if you aren't really supposed to use it.

The product itself is good, but I would not recommend anybody to buy from this seller because it does come with Dents. I ordered this for Christmas this year and unfortunately it did come with dents I thought the odds that mine would come with dents wouldn’t be likely. The product itself is amazing though.

The unit has the ability to change the door swing so you can either have the door open left or right BUT the door handle pull and the bottle opener do not have pre-drilled holes, with matching plug caps when you change the door swing. The unit comes as shown, door handle of the right side of the unit but where I was putting the unit was in the corner of a room and the door needed to open the opposite direction and have the door handle on the left side of the door. No problem with the door hinges, they are easily reversible but then the door handle is now on the wrong side. I had to remove the base to the door handle, pre-drill holes on the opposite side of the door and install the base and handle, BUT now you have two factory drilled holes in the door front where the base use to be mounted (on the right side) with no matching colored plug caps for the holes. I covered the old holes with a magnet emblem but this is not what you should have to do. The same goes for the bottle opener...I had to pre-drill holes on the opposite of the unit and install. Since the unit is sitting against the wall on the right side, I did not have to worry about covering the factory drilled holes BUT it should come with pre-drilled holes to mount the door handle and the bottle opener on either side of the unit and matching colored plugs to fill in the holes regardless. I've only had the unit installed for about a week and other than the items I noted above, the unit appears to be working fine.

I was hesitant after reading the negative reviews but pleasantly surprised when it arrived. It was packed well, no dents/scratches as others said. The size was perfect, it cools even better than my full size refrigerator! What a great deal! I love the retro look. Dont let the other reviews sway your opinion. This was well worth the money.

Cute fridge- love the blue color and the bottle opener is great. I wanted to love this fridge, but the handle doesnt attach- no matter how much force we use. I tried contacting the company for a new handle, but no one will get back to me. The door also came dented.

i have no dislikes on this white fridge, very nice mini fridge. highly recommend food n drinks are kept at a nice cool temp and drinks ice cold to a chill just as i enjoy them. and the door compatments clear translucent thick plastic VERY CLEAN N PLEASING TO THE EYE.

My child saved up and purchased this retro fridge for their room. It arrived fast and was easy to put the handle on. The only down side is it arrived with a dent on the front door which is disappointing but easier to just keep rather than figuring out how to exchange. Overall happy with the purchase, minus the dent.

At first I bought this fridge from Home Depot. Let me just say that it was a complete waste of time. It arrived totally destroyed. So I decided to give Walmart a try. Very smooth transaction. They delivered it right to my work place. It was in perfect condition . Awesome fridge. Everyone at my job loves it!

I am not one to complain or write bad reviews often but this one is warranted to save others the hassle. And bothers me because I read other comments that complained about the same things that I found and thought "those guys just don't know better". Well they were correct and I wasted time and effort needlessly and here I am complaining about the same thing they did. Bottom line: you get what you paid for. It is not a high quality unit and its very poor packaging will guarantee that you do not get a good delivery. I picked it up directly from store to avoid extra delivery, which was told it was better, but was not. The packaging is very poor and anyone in a warehouse that moves things around will damage the unit as it is only protected on the sides by a very ridiculously thin cardboard. Guys in warehouses will not move things without bumping them and now I see why so many people have written the same thing. I fault mainly the manufacturer which packs this unit with very little protection. Anything during shipping and handling will damage this unit which in itself is not of high quality and is easly scratched. But I also fault Walmart as a distributor, because there are plenty of people complaining about the same thing and they could direct their personnel to handle this unit with the outmost care to avoid returns. It is a loss for everyone. Walmart may be only delivering but is their name and if they want to compete against Amazon they need to pay attention to details and not just prices. They get the cheapest things and well...the results speak for themselves. I even thought this unit had been re-packed after being returned and re-sent to see if a fool will get it. It came with huge dents and interior broken because it received a big impact from one side. The door does not close well due to this and has to be forced. The red color hides a lot of the imperfections but if you take a look from the sides you can tell the scratches, bends and twisted materials. It also heats the top which I have never seen in other refrigerators this size. If manufacturer wants to sell it, it needs to pack it better. If walmart wants to avoid returns and compete with Amazon needs to get his delivery act together. And avoid distributing cheap trash. No one but Walmart sell this unit and I can see why. A better distributor cares for its name and not just a quick sale. It will be better for Walmart not to distribute this unit than to gain a bad reputation against competitors. It is a sad thing because for the price, the unit works fairly well and looks nice. But ... it is not worth the risk due to the very flimsy nature of its packaging. Anything will go through that thin cardboard that "protects it". So...I should have listened to other comments made. I received and opened today and I am returning it tomorrow first thing in the morning. Images show dent inside and where door hits frame and does not close until you force it.
