We bought the 16x12 Beaumont Pergola for our back patio area and we are so pleased with the ease of construction and the quality of the lumber and hardware used to construct it. Our order was delivered ahead of the estimated time and the staff delivering it were very accommodating and professional. The pergola is built of super sturdy, heavy materials and will be going no where for a very, very long time. It's perfectly beautiful and adds so much charm and character to our backyard. We now have a cozy place to entertain and just relax. We've recommended this product to many of our friends and family already! I promise you won't be disappointed if you purchase this product for yourself.

I bought this over the 2019 Memorial day weekend which included free shipping as part of the special. It was delivered withing 10 business days, in long boxes. Boxes are heavy, need two strong people to lift. I was able to assemble the pergola within four hours. It really adds visual depth to my patio, ties the house in nicely to the yard and provides great shade. I will be adding a canvas piece to the side for additional UV protection but overall I would definitely recommend this product.

The seller stated we would receive the pergola within 10 to 17 days from order date and we received it on the 10th day. The men who delivered it did a great job and actually carried it into our garage and I'm glad they did because the 2 boxes were quite heavy. The assembly instructions were good, but the hardware not so good. We had to spray WD-40 on the nuts and bolts or else they would bind. I'm not sure why they designed then top support beams in 2 pieces, it would have made more sense if it was 1 piece, and assembly would have gone a lot quicker. Overall it took 3 of us about 4 hours to assemble it and it looks very nice. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

I wanted to wait a few weeks before reviewing. Overall it it a very nice. There are a few areas where you notice the difference between this and a much higher priced item. The long strips on the top are very thin (maybe 1” X 1”), and they are actually 2 smaller pieces joined together. It feels short - needs a footer to lift it by 1’ to get the proportions right. Glad I opted for professional installation- 2 guys with all the right tools completed the job in a few hours.

We really like it and my husband was able to put it together by himself. One thing we were disappointed in was that the 6x6 corner posts were not solid. Not sure if we missed that in the description. But, it looks beautiful and we’ve already had numerous compliments on how great it looks.

My fault on reading the size. I measured our old one from post to post which was 10x10. I ordered a 12x10 thinking that it was measured by post to post and not the overhang. So disappointed can’t return it and looks stupid on my deck. Never would I measure from over hang. Should be wear the footings need to be for the post.

Overall I am satisfied with this product. I would have given 5 stars if the bolts and nuts would have been higher quality. They can be easily cross threaded if you are not careful. A few holes did not align on the short pieces but were fixed by drilling out a little. I would recommend this product and would buy it again.

We didn’t erect the pergola ourselves due to age and health issues, but our handyman Jake and his two teenage sons did.. they downloaded the app, and with enclosed instructions it went up in now time even on the hottest day in history in our town.. now it is ready for me to get out and get it ready for finishing touches. We bought this pergola from Backyard Discovery and purchased the assembly package with it. We love it and it was worth every penny to have it put together for us. What took them two hours to put tougher would have taken us days! The guys that did the work were very professional and polite. We even had them come back and put the polycarbonate to on it. Now it's out backyard Oasis!

Great pergola other than a few boards were extremely warped
