Bought this on 6-9-2023 arrived 6-13-2023, Assembly was easy took about 6 hrs. for 2 people. Well-built and great quality in making the parts. All cuts were accurate and holes clean and matched. no sharp edges. Really dressed up the curb appeal of our deck,lots of complements and several people asked where we bought it. Very Happy with this purchase.

Our home is always changing--inside & out; & every change creates a new "pop":. This time we added a room!! It all started after switching out the last section of old board decking to brick, matching the rest of the existing bricked deck--improving both the look & function of our yard. But, looking out at the expanse of this all brick deck, even with colorful furniture & our usual riot of plants, something was missing. Somehow, we needed to frame that section, a place where we entertain and also shelter a lot of plants. (I'm a gardener). It's Florida; summer sun is merciless on human skin and, more importantly, all of our plants shriveling in our summer heat; they can't hop up and escape into the AC. What we needed was a pretty shelter from direct sun; we needed a pergola! And this baby is a champ. Ordering was easy, the perfect size for our spot, delivery on time; my husband Bill added 2 applications of weather coating, we hired the brick guys to assemble it (we are old :-)). And now we have more than a pergola; it is a ROOM-- partly nestled under our old magnolia, decorated by our happy shaded plants, and furnished by our colorful furniture (I am a painter), the pergola frames it all and creates the perfect space whose form is lovely and which functions to give us what we needed: a solid, sturdy, shade-providing structure. We already have subprojects planned: our copper pelican perches on the top corner; to add even more shade, we are installing lattice panels over the widely spaced roof slats, and we are adding electric outlets for some good old Florida fans, also hanging solar lights to line the top structure. I bought this a little over a month ago and built it myself, putting in a few hours each day over the course of a week. It was so easy to do myself and I only needed help from my husband and freind with the final raising and connection of the 4 sides. I truly appreciated how easy the instructions were to follow and the instruction app made it even easier. I have built a lot of things using assembly instructions and these were by far the best instructions I've experienced. The quality of the materials was impressive as well. The boards were straight and finished, and the cuts were clean. The grooves and the drill holes all lined up. The final pergola is beautiful. I get tons of compliments from friends now. I highly recommend this pergola for both it's beauty and how easy it was to build.

We love the look of our 10x14 pergola and have had several compliments. It's a wonderful addition to the backyard/pool. Our yard is quite small so we were worried that the pergola would make it look smaller but not the case. I would have given 4.5-5 stars but the directions could have been better written. The biggest issue was that several top pieces and a cpl joists were warped. We did the best to straighten them out as we assembled and now that complete, we are probably the only ones to know. In all fairness, I am writing this prior to contacting the company. I will be notifying them and update my review with response. That being said, I have and will continue to recommend to others.

We bought the 16 x 12 Beaumont Pergola in April 2023. It was delivered quickly and the installation service Go Configure contacted us promptly, set up the appointment, showed up and efficiently installed the pergola. Great experience all the way around!!!

We bought this earlier this year after pricing out the materials to build one. This one was less expensive and arrived with perfectly cut pieces that were easy to assemble. It's exactly as it appears in the ads and we've received numerous comments about how attractive it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this Pergola a few months ago and we love it. Delivery was great! Assembly was fairly easy with 3 of us (took about 5 hours). We did not use the top layer of wood because we used polycarbonate roofing panels to provide protection during the rain. We also added outdoor curtains from Amazon to provide an additional touch. The pergola feels like it's great material. Overall we very happy with the product. Thanks!

Just bought 2 of the 16x12 pergolas to sit side by side. The first thing I noticed is the color is completely off from the photos online. One of the reasons I chose this pergola was because the color matched the rest of the wood in my yard. I understand that screens can distort color a bit but this is extreme and MUCH lighter than anticipated. It does state in the description that saturation can vary but I don’t even think it’s a saturation issue as it is maybe only 1 coat of stain added as opposed to more to get the proper color maybe to just get the product out faster? Not sure but make sure you don’t rely on the color if it’s important to you. The other thing is that several of the joists were pretty bowed. It didn’t prevent us from installing but just not super high quality for the price paid. A lot of the pieces are pretty lightweight and posts are hollow. Still not sure how this withstands the high winds that they say but we did attach it to the house and a concrete patio so we’ll see how it lasts to Florida storms. Overall it was relatively easy to put together but I likely would not purchase again. If you are making a decision based on what you see in photos make sure to do more research first.

I bought this pergola late last summer and it was put up later in a raised area. I'm very pleased with it, as it looks fantastic. A few people passing by in vehicles have slowed down and looked at it. As the decking around the pergola will be completed soon, I look forward to enjoying it for a long time to come. The instructions and labelling of the associated pieces were as clear as a bell. It is better for two people to put it up as it is rather heavy, but once it is installed, it is eye candy.

I used the optional assembly service and that was frustrating. They went thru several people trying to get it assembled, finally on try #6 we got it done but I wasted a lot of time from work going home just to have nobody show up. It's large and bulky to assemble so trying to do it by myself wasn't really an option. But overall the pergola itself is great. Only complaint is it feels short to me, I wish it was a foot taller
