Tasty but not consistently fresh or firm

So good and fresh always...

It's not fresh. It rots in the fridge in only two days.

it's so fresh! I made cucumber kimchi with chives! it turned out really good!

use cut up and eat as a snack.

They were crisp and had a good texture.

It has been rotten a few days after I bought it.

Use them quick because they rot fast. Tasty if used immediately

Great snack alone or w/salad.

I use these in my Greek salads. They are wonderful and just the right size for one person.
