Flavor is good. Not sure I’m getting any health benefits. I’m diabetic and I could eat the entire bottle which would not be good. Wish I could lose weight, but I don’t think this product is actually for weight loss.

Tastes great, I am bad at taking vitamins normally but I look forward to these! Two in the morning and evening seem to work best for me! Between eating healthier and these vitamins I have definitely noticed some weight loss and higher energy.

I absolutely love them! They taste great, and give me the boost I was looking for. I’ve been taking them for about 5 months now. I started exercising and watching what I eat when I started taking them and I’m down by 20 pounds!

There was no difference on the gummies I felt the same, even eating healthier and nothing. I gained more weight! Thanks! The only good thing about it the gummies it tastes like candy. It didn’t work for me but maybe others it will.

For those of you who have problems getting the gummies out of the bottle, turn the bottle upside down so they come to the top. When opening the bottle hold it sideways. Works wonders

They are sticky and many were stuck together. The taste and texture is horrible. The bottle says one per serving but then it has a recommendation of 1-2 gummies up to three times a day. It says “Enjoy up to 6 gummies a day.” No thanks. I won’t be purchasing again.

Great taste, not full of sugar, doesn't stick to your teeth.

This helps with keeping sugar level rising when you sleep.
