I was unable to give this product more than about two weeks of trial. Unfortunately, it caused a serious stomach acid attack so I had to quit taking it. Because of this, I cannot say if the product works or not but if you have a delicate stomach, I'd stay away from it.

Its better than drinking apple cider vinegar. Works well on intestines noting a natural laxative if you have issues with bowel movements. The downside is that since its a gummy they stick together and i have to use a long utensil to get a dosa out. When refrigerated it's stuck together hard so i leave it out on the counter.

First off, these are gooey and do stick together. Put the bottle in the fridge and dig them out with a spoon. The bottle is a little tough to open, press down hard and turn. It gets better after you pull off the top seal. I CAN NOT EVEN BEGIN TO DESCRIBE THE BENEFITS I AM SEEING FROM THIS PRODUCT!! Better energy, increased libido in a big way (menopausal female - so this is huge) and a decrease in appetite that is as good as any Rx diet pill I have ever taken!! I immediately ordered two more bottles, because I was so impressed and didn't want to run out. I think the folate and B12 are probably as helpful as the ACV. One ACV gummy brand is not the same as the others - you have to read the ingredients. I think this is an excellent buy at Sam's compared to other sources, and I hope they continue to carry. Oh, my skin is glowing as well. I am not craving sugar at all - this product instantly turned off my sugar cravings. I had not researched it at all. Just saw there were only a couple bottles on the shelf and thought wow - if others like this so much, maybe I should give it a try. I AM SO GLAD I DID!! Don't worry about the sugar content. Your craving for it otherwise will be so diminished, I think it offsets that. I am consuming two first thing in morning, two at lunch and one in afternoon. Absolutely amazing product! I definitely notice an energy level difference when I dont take these gummies. I dont notice much appetite suppressant however I only take 2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. Yes they are sticky and yes hard to get out of the bottle but most people don't know they are to be stored in the fridge.

I just received both the Goli Apple Cider and the Ashwagandha and the Apple Cider Vinegar ones were really wet sticky and looked melted the inside of the bottle is sticky and the gummy’s are sticking together their so wet….I’m taking them back to the store for a refund and try reordering because their not available in the store.

The price was Great, almost 2 for 1

They actually taste surprisingly good. I'd bought them to see if they could take the place of probiotics and that did not work out for me. In all fairness. They don't claim to but the taste of the dummies are surprisingly good.

These gummies taste good but the problem is separating them and getting them out of the bottle. They are all stuck together and getting them out of the bottle is not easily done.
