Flowers came looking and feeling dried out. Huge difference between the 30cm-40cm length! I immediately put them in water and flower food and I’m hoping these are usable for my event!

These were ordered for a Thursday delivery for a Saturday wedding. They did not arrive! The tracking said “mechanical” error. Now we have to scramble LAST MINUTE to find flowers for the wedding. I should have paid more attention to past reviews.

These were very small, and during shipping the bunches came, separated from the box and had been banged around. I lost more than 10 stems, and others have petals falling off..

When placing order there should be instructions that someone must be home to sign for the package. I had to pick them up the next day at an auto parts business. By the time I received them they were wilted.

The flowers were beautiful. However, many were wilted or the stems were broken. Of the flowers ordered, more than a third were unusable. Disappointed for the money spent.

They were a great quality, they opened nicely but we're much smaller than expected. In a closed stage nearly half were the size of a dime and possibly a nickel.

Order arrived on time and in perfect condition. I had order arrive 3 days before my event and the blooms were almost perfect! The ranunculus blooms are so delicate but beautiful

Ranunculus have hollow tubes so remember when cutting, use a knife and not floral scissors. Using a knife will help the stems absorb water faster and the scissors crush the tubes slightly.

The flowers were to arrive on Thursday for a Saturday morning bridal shower. Because of tornadoes in Tennessee the plane was grounded for multiple days. The flowers arrived Monday. Late! Not Sam’s fault but not mine either. They were turning black. Fought with Sam’s every day Thursday night, Friday morning and Friday afternoon. After many days and making myself sick a refund was issued.
