They are mid rise, and have an adjustable waistband. The zipper is a YKK and the button is durable. Love these jeans and how stylish they are. The pants were very tight and cut very small. The color was beautiful and the material was very good. Was unable to get them passed my granddaughter hip area. Other than the small.cut,everything was ok.
