We tried cheddard and thought it had a good flavor with a touch of pepper. No aftertaste like some protein snacks. Very crunchy.

I wanted something to munch on if I was low on protein at the end of the day. It feels like they tried to hide the original taste with a punch of flavor. Just not my cup of tea.

I opened these and they smelled and tasted like straight DOG FOOD! I had high hopes because the Garlic Parmesan flavor is so good, but this flavor was a disappointment and a waste of $20

Not all have the same taste buds. Mine did not particularly like the protein puffs, motto "Nothing Ventured Nothing Gained" just because my taste buds did not like them does not mean yours will not

I love these protein puffs but it’s too bad that you can’t get them in the store. It’s not the products fault, though. They are 100%delicious and great for a healthy alternative to chips!

Very crunchy, good protein, not enough flavor. If I didnot know these were nacho cheese I would not have be able to tell. Would be good if they had more flavor.

These cheese puffs taste like carboard. Leave a nasty after taste. Bottle is SMALL. Not a good value. Not a good substitute for cheese puffs. I'd rather do without.

I'm going Keto and do not like pork rinds so thought I would try these for a snack. They are crunchy but don't hit the taste marker I was looking for. They are good for using for a breading for cooking.

These puffs are really good. They have a great flavor. The serving size is one cup and there are only 2 carbs and 21 grams of protein. They make a great snack.

A small amount is enough. I pack a half ounce baggie of BBQ Protein Puffs in my son’s lunch bag. He’s lifetime low carb and enjoys munching something crunchy with his sandwiches. He said “they’re OK” which equals 4 stars.
