Not keto. Contains sugar. Macros are opposite of the keto diet. These should be advertised for body building or weight gain, not for the keto lifestyle.

These puffs are gross! It was an expensive mistake. Cardboard with a nasty powder on it. There's nothing cheesy about them. I wished I had read the reviews first.

I got the garlic parmesan thought it might be pretty good it was not at least I tried it and now I know. maybe the other flavors may be better not sure not sure I will waste my money trying them though.

We did not like the taste of these cheese puffs at all. We offered them to everyone that came to visit us and they did not like them. These puffs ended up in the garbage.

I can't believe I paid this much for something that isn't really worthy munching on... it's like chewing on wood. I guess if you like the sensation of chewing on wood, this is for you, but at least the taste is good.

I was hoping for more of a cheese puff texture. What I got was a stale extra crunchy cheese puff alternative. While I should not have expected great flavor, I was hoping for the right texture. I will probably not buy these again for the price.

The pictures online are misleading. This is a tiny container with tiny cheese balls for a big price. They don't taste like nacho cheese flavor, more of a BBQ. Would never buy again at this price for this size container.

I thought they were cheesepuff size turns out their little balls and the coating is nasty I down them so quick just so I won't taste them but will never buy again taste is horrible. Better ways to get 20 grams of protein

I was pretty excited by the flavor offered. However the taste is absolutely horrible, had to return after a few bites. Recommend the Quest line of chips instead.
