The garlic parmesan are horrible tasting.

I lift. It’s really hard to hit my protein goals. I eat these all day every day. Easy way to bump my grams of protein throughout the day.

I’m recently told I’m a type 2 diabetic. I eat lots of junk food. Or ate lots of junk food. These are good. They’re really good for what they are.

I mix it with my popcorn. I take 1 oz of Protein Puffs and 1 oz of popcorn I get 21 grams of protein and a snack!!

I am amazed at the amount of protein in these things. Jalapeno Cheddar are super good. good spice to em!

No way these are keto, keto snacks aren’t always tasty. They really hit the spot. Very flavorful and I can hit my macros.

I bought the bbq not expecting them to be amazing but they taste like sitting by a bonfire smells. Smoky little balls of grossness. Pass on these.
